Dynalon Labware Full Line Catalog

The day is finally here, Dynalon's new full line catalog has been sent to press which means it will be available to be sent out to you within a couple week's time. This is our first full line plastic lab supply catalog in years as we have been focusing on what used to be the equipment companies of our business group.

We are excited to be focusing on the core again, fully promoting the plastic products used in laboratories, health care, education and industry on a daily basis.

Among our most well known brands the catalog features extensive ranges of Azlon plastic labware such as beakers, bottles, cylinders and flasks as well as a very comprehensive representation of Kartell labware featuring histology supplies as well as the lab staples mentioned above.

This catalog will be ready to mail in early February to our dealer network. Please request your free copy of our 2009 Dynalon Labware full line catalog either by phoning us as 1-800-334-7585 or dropping an e-mail with your full address to labinfo@dyna-labware.com.

Happy New Year!

2009... how many times have we all written 2008 in the past 5 days? It gets better, although for some us we were writing 2009 already looking forward to better days in the new year. It looks to be a challenging year on the horizon for the US economy.

Gas prices have been on the decline which is leading many users of plastic lab supplies to expect price reductions but we haven't seen many of these decreases from our vendors as of yet. Should that change though, Dynalab Corp. President Martin Davies has already established he is open to passing our decreases on to the consumers. We all just need to wait and see what happens at this point.

What Dynalab Corp. is doing right now to ease some price increases is evaluating our stock for what we can move at drastically reduced pricing due to overstock. We are offering our HDPE Wide Mouth Amber Laboratory Bottles at 50% off list price in the month of January. Leakproof, rigid and amber these high density polyethylene wide mouth lab bottles have excellent chemical resistance and are suitable for sampling and storage of light sensitive materials. Supplied with black polypropylene screw closures.
Hoping you all had a nice holiday and best wishes in the New Year. We are here for your questions and comments from 8am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday.

STAO2008 Annual Conference

Dynalon Labware is proud to be exhibiting at the STAO Annual Conference in Toronto from November 13th to the 15th. This conference is presented by Science Teachers' Association of Ontario.

Visit Steve Yudicky from Dynalon at Booth #206

Steve Yudicky, Dynalon's Product Manager drove up earlier in the week (convenient with us being located in Rochester, NY). Dynalon will be presenting our plastic lab supplies and some of the Stuart equipment line.

The theme for this conference captures the intent to provide a conference featuring student-centred learning experiences and resources that address the most important science and technology-related issues facing society and the environment today. The release of the revised Science and Technology (Grades 1-8) curriculum, and the upcoming release of the Science (Grades 9-12) curriculum, with their much greater emphasis on Science, Technology, Society, and the Environment (STSE) requires us to address this critically important aspect with a comprehensive and research-supported approach.

As with all STAO conferences, you will be provided a comprehensive and balanced program with topics and issues related to all aspects of Science and Technology and Science education. Similarly, there will be a superb exhibitors section, featuring the latest and most helpful products and services related to providing high quality Science and Technology, and Science programs for the students we serve.

End slips in the home and lab...

Dynalab Corp. has been offering a product called Slip-Stop for the past few years. It is an anti-slip matting sold in 6" by 16" strips but can be cut to 16" by whatever your project requires!

Slip Stop Matting is an inventive product with numerous uses ranging from the laboratory to your pet's food dish! End unnecessary slips with one small piece. Slip Stop mats hold objects firmly in place without the need for permanent fixing or clamps. This contributes to safety by reducing breakages and easing stress at the workbench.

In laboratories, Slip Stop can be used on shakers and stirrers to hold flasks, test tubes etc. safe and secure without the need for clamps. The mats can also be used to provide added product stability and safety for your valuable instruments. On workbenches, Slip Stop will hold components and tools, making it easier to work on them and preventing dropping and spillage, thus reducing accidents, fatigue and loss of small components.

This month's special includes 25% off this matting but you can also receive a free 4" x 4" sample by contacting Dynalab Corp direct. This month's mailing to our loyal customers included this free sample as well as an announcement of the 25% savings for the month of November.
